Apartment Alice is situated on the 1st floor of Villa Costa. It faces north, which keeps it cool in the hot summer months. It’s accessible from a busy street. The shuttered windows also face the street.

Alice comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed (wrought iron), bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a spare single bed. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden, where lounge chairs and a parasol are provided.

Like the interior of the main Villa wing, apartment Alice is decorated with frescoes and furnished with great care for aesthetics.
Across the street from the Villa there is a bus stop for buses headed to Lucca center (20 min). The fenced yard offers parking space safeguarded by an electronic gate.

There is free wireless internet access and TV sets in all the houses and apartments. The kitchens are fully equipped (pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, coffee makers, etc); there are hair-driers in each bathroom, an iron is available on request. We do not clean the quarters during rental, so toilet paper is not resupplied. We do not provide washing powder, soap, shower gel, shampoo or other cosmetics. Free Parking is provided on the grounds.
