Let me invite you to our Villa Costa in Tuscany for an unforgettable vacation. Our residence is situated in Marlia, a small town near Lucca – a great starting point for exciting trips to Tuscany’s most treasured jewels, such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, Carrara, San Gimignano, Vinci, the world famous beaches of Italian Riviera and the Ligurian charming Portofino, spectacular Cinque Terre, etc.
Villa Costa is the estate founded by the ship-builder family from Genoa in the 17th century. The Bandoni family have recently restored the residence preserving its exceptional Tuscan climate.
The independent accommodations have been furnished with the help of Italian art conservators and artists. The original beamed ceilings delighting all newcomers, classic terracotta floors, carefully selected furniture, fabrics, paintings and outstanding Baroque frescos are not the only attractions we offer.
Come and spend some time in Tuscany, the most famous and definitely the most fascinating region of Italy, in our beautiful and hospitable Villa Costa.

The area of the Villa Costa estate covers over 1,500 sq m.
and it is completely fenced.
A high hedge and wall provide an intimate, peaceful atmosphere inside a large garden with lemon and orange trees, intended for all our guests.
In the main wing of the residence we have prepared a huge apartment for 7 people. It was painstakingly restored to offer you the unique atmosphere of the old elegant home of the rich ship-builders. Outside the entrance there is a large patio for outdoor dining (al fresco) and lounging in the shade of the parasol. The roof covered grill offers an excellent opportunity for evening feasts with wine. For cooking aficionados there is a small herb garden with rosemary, sage and basil on hand.
Large beautifully refurbished former country house with three entrances is situated next to the main gate. Its original terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings enhance the casual country atmosphere. Big courtyard is a great playground for children. Air-conditioning available in the bedrooms is especially appreciated during hot summer months.
This completely restored Tuscan country house, painted warm red, is adjacent to Casa Contadina and faces the garden. The preserved terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings create a charming cosy atmosphere.There is a patio adorned with a beautiful 16th c. well, covered with reinforced glass panel.

Casetta Rossa is a small, fully independent house, which has been recently refurbished. We have preserved the characteristic Tuscan style, i.e. original terracotta-tiled floor, beamed ceilings and a charming original arch between the kitchen and the TV lounge.
A lovely apartment for 2 to 4 persons. On the ground floor level there is a kitchenette with a fridge and a stove and a dining table seating 4, a small lounge with a comfortable double sofa, which unfolds easily, and a bathroom with a shower. On the entresol there is a bedroom with a double bed.
