Casetta Rossa is a small, fully independent house, which has been recently refurbished. We have preserved the characteristic Tuscan style, i.e. original terracotta-tiled floor, beamed ceilings and a charming original arch between the kitchen and the TV lounge.

There is 1 bedroom with a double bed. In the TV lounge there is a single bed, the third bed can be provided on request (40 euro). Bathroom with a shower is next to the bedroom.
The main entrance leads to a modern bright kitchen, where we have preserved the authentic stone stove that can be used as a grill. There is a table for 4 under the arch.
The TV lounge (cable TV) has huge glass doors that lead to a little private garden with a small table and chairs under a parasol.
Available Air-Conditioning.
There is a parking place in front of the house. The whole fenced yard is secured with an electronic gate.

There is free wireless internet access and TV sets in all the houses and apartments. The kitchens are fully equipped (pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, coffee makers, etc); there are hair-driers in each bathroom, an iron is available on request. We do not clean the quarters during rental, so toilet paper is not resupplied. We do not provide washing powder, soap, shower gel, shampoo or other cosmetics. Free Parking is provided on the grounds.
